Salman's maternal grandmom passes away
She was 91 years old
Salman Khan's maternal grandmother (Salma Khan's mother) passed away on Monday, August 24. She was 91 years old.
As reported in Mumbai Mirror, Salma Khan was by her mother's side on Monday and Salman too visited his grandma's Mahim residence just a few hours before she breathed her last.
A source close to the Khan family revealed to Mumbai Mirror, "Salman had been to his grandmother's house for a short while on Monday."
A source said, "Salman's grandmother was unwell for quite sometime. Last month the doctors had advised the Khan family to taker her home." She was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital before that.
