Salman patches up with Boney
Is everything all right between Boney kapoor and Salman Khan? Before Salman went to prison people were under the impression he would start shooting for Wanted Dead And Alive when he was released. However, Salman did not shoot at all for the first few days after reaching Mumbai. And later he pushed off to Austria where he started shooting for Yuvraj with Subash Ghai.
And industry sources were just beginning to buzz about the fall-out between Boney Kapoor and Salman Khan when Salman returned from Austria and promptly began a schedule with Boney for Wanted Dead And Alive.
This film will mark Prabhudeva's directorial debut in Bollywood. The film is a remake of a Tamil film called Pokkiri, which was also directed by Prabhudeva himself. The Telugu version of the same film by Puri Jagannadh had earlier broken box-office records.
But being a seasoned producer Boney maintained, "I don't know why people spread rumours without confirming either with the producer or anyone else related to the film. Salman and I have always shared a good relationship, whether it was during No Entry or now."
Salman is currently capitalising on his post-Partner success and shooting back-to-back for God Tussi Great Ho, Yuvraj and Wanted Dead And Alive. Boney added, "I was not inconvenienced when Salman went off to Austria as those dates had already been allotted to Ghaisaab. His dates for one month starting from the 13th are with me. As a matter of fact, Salman has already given me the green signal to start work on No Entry 2. Anees Bazmi has commenced writing the script."
Guess Salman realises it doesn't make sense to offend the man who gave him No Entry.
