Shemaroo Entertainment and Sun Animatics are set to release Ghatothkach - Master of Magic, a 2D and 3D mixed animation film. The Rs 15 crore film was made over two years in seven languages by director Singeetam Srinivasa Rao and producers Smita Maroo and Vinod Suryadevara. Singeetam of Pushpak and Appu Raja fame, has also directed children's films like Little John, Pandavas and Son of Alladin. The animation director of Ghatothkach is Owell Mina.
