Singh is Kinng: Akshay rules
Some stars sometimes own a role so completely that you cannot imagine anyone else bettering the performance. The best example is how, for a vast majority Amitabh Bachchan will always be the 'Don'. Well, Akshay Kumar does something pretty similar to the character of Happy Singh in Singh is Kinng.

Askhay goes about his job with the dogged determination of a greyhound on a racetrack. He pulls stunts which many stars of his stature would cringe to do. Consider this, Akshay makes his grand entry dressed in a gaudy kurta, making clownish faces at the camera, chasing a hen around the village. You don't need to be told what's coming up. In Bazmee-style slapstick, by the next few minutes, Akshay has gatecrashed a wedding, earned abuses, carried cow dung cakes and left a trail of destruction behind.
This self-deprecatory humour continues to be the tone with Akshay doing strange things to his sleeves, posing as a scarecrow. He roams the streets of Egypt in his hawai chappals, walks around in a blue ladies' bathrobe and licks his plate clean. He also refuses to change his undies because he "likes old things". His toothy grin makes him look every bit the village buffoon he's meant to be, a little touched in the head but with a heart of gold. A rustic charmer.

salman is honest . Aamir perfectionist.
If akshay is called king of bollywood based on such movie
[his comic timig is good i must say] then i really feel pity
for the path bollywood is heading to. I am not against
akshay but i think he is at his worst in this movie except
the first few minutes in the beginning of the movie.
hmmmm..... He does good stunts and comic timimg is good so
should usee his talent in some good sensible movies... No
one remembers such movie more than a sec... This movie does
not have any repeat value... Akki please do some movies
which can be watched again and again... See salman and amir,
so versatile actors and there are lot of movies of theirs
which people never get bored to watch again and again till
today. Stardom is very temporary, to stay longer in
ppl's mind u need to have some really impactful
roles... Money is not everything... U might be highest paid
actor but i feel sorry to say u are one who has not made any
long lasting impact in ppl's mind even after two
decades in bollywood.
Slapp'in movie mate.... Must say da way u guys write
certain thins is rubbish man...'cringe at his yellowing
teeth' buulshit stuff. At his age akshay is dam hot
even better lookin n maintained than the young bloody
actors. Cringe at actors whose teeth r fiiled with black tar
from smok'in n cringe at urself wen lookin at da mirror
man....
