Aamir's 3 Idiots to break all records
Last year Aamir Khan literally stormed the box office with his mega release Ghajini. And the actor is planning to better it with his new film 3 Idiots.
Set to open over the Christmas weekend, Aamir and the distributors of 3 Idiots are planning to release over 4,000 prints for the film. This would by far be the widest release ever for a Bollywood film and almost twice the number of prints for other blockbusters.
Apparently the film will open on Wednesday evening itself to make the most of the holidays ahead. A source from the corporate house backing the film said, "The idea is to more than double our investment in those four-five days. There is tremendous curiosity around 3 Idiots – so no one should return disappointed from the theatres without a ticket."
Keeping the market scenario in mind, the makers have not oversold the film but are equally confident about the huge returns. 3 Idiots is directed by Raj Kumar Hirani of Munnabhai MBBS fame. For Aamir it would be a chance to repeat the Christmas success of Taare Zameen Par and Ghajini.

Aamir is definitely better than srk when it comes to
hypnotising the movie buffs inti the cinema halls. It is
only the that people realoise oh! My god the movie is not
that great.He uses gimmicks to cover up for his
limitations.Not all his movies get great openings too except
fanaa & ghajini .Akshay is a far bigger superstar who
can get great opening film after film without being
pretentious or gimmical. All the best to aamir fans.Hope
their master gimmick hero playing an 18 year old student
lives up to their fans humongous expectations.
Really its amazing 2 watch aamir movies............He is now
everything nd can do any thing in bollywood, his class of
doing things is unmatchable..........Realllyyyyy like ace of
spades....................No can doubt on his ability nd his
quality land mark

hype? I think it's an established fact by now that a hype
can't take a movie beyond it's weekend! Look at movies like
sik,ki,kank,blue these movies had tremendous hype! What
happened? They got great openings and then sank faster than
titanic.
hype can only get an opening nothing more! No movie can do
hit business on hype alone! It falls on the content of the
film after the weekend or the first week at best! Ghajini
broke the 1st week record and the 2nd week, and the 3rd
week! Thats not hype my friends that's a movie being loved
by the masses!

movies its done in all the movies like lagaan dil chahta hai

zameen par.Tell me who are against aamir.Was ppl came out
dissapointed,(no absolutely not).That was eye opeener for
them.U know how much srk gets from his one movie.He gets in
crore but his all movies are not hit and producers have to
pay for it.Aamir has 8 movies in last 10- years and and they
were all super.Noone should i think i am a fan of aamir but

the biggest fan of srk and that time i hate aamir.One day i
watched rang de basanti and i said wow aamir is true
actor.It was eye opener for me.Then i started realising yar
life is not just about fun and romance.Its about whats
happening in this world.Sokarali and srk fan plz open ur
eyes and see the reality.Aamir is saying something to troygh

Aamir's films are genuine quality and not all hype! It will
be a heart-rending family film and an eye-opener on our
education system. 3 idiots will be a phenomenon and not just
a film. Jealous people continue to write crap. Who cares?
